Token identity and issuer powers
Circle's mainnet list identifies native USDC. Its terms explain redemption conditions, restrictions and third-party boundaries. Tether's protocol reference and legal terms serve different, complementary purposes.

How network operations work
The network documentation supports our descriptions of Ethereum gas, TRON resources, Base fee components, Polygon's POL gas token, and Solana fees and token accounts. Circle's CCTP documentation explains its native-USDC crosschain model. These sources do not establish a provider's current price, processing speed or deposit support.
Legal context has a date and jurisdiction
FinCEN's 2019 announcement is historical context for its virtual-currency framework. OFAC's FAQ explains obligations within its jurisdiction. Neither document clears a particular service, user or transaction today.
Analytics implementation
Google's consent documentation informs the optional analytics implementation. Consent configuration is a technical control, not a legal determination about every visitor or jurisdiction.
