The short answer

For a correction, include the page URL, the exact statement and a source if you have one. For a transfer or account problem, contact the service that handled it; StableMatrix cannot access its records or reverse a payment.

MATRIX DEV reads messages sent to privacy@stablematrix.net. This is our editorial and privacy contact, not a provider's transaction-support desk. The email link opens your email app; there is no message-submission form on this website.

Report an error or an outdated source

A short, specific message is enough. A source is helpful, but you do not need to prove the whole case before pointing out a possible error.

  • The page URL and the sentence, table row or identifier in question.
  • What appears wrong or outdated, and what you think should change.
  • A primary source and its date, if available.
  • The asset and network when they affect the correction.

Report a broken page or accessibility problem

Describe the page, the action you tried and what happened instead. For an accessibility issue, explain what you could not read, reach or operate.

  • Include the device or browser only when it helps reproduce the problem.
  • A screenshot is optional. Crop out account information, balances and private messages.
  • Do not send passwords, cookies, API keys or an unredacted network log.

Ask about your privacy

You can stop future optional analytics through Analytics settings without sending a request. Declining analytics does not erase information Google has already received.

For a question about your information, email privacy@stablematrix.net with the action you want us to take. We keep correspondence until you request its deletion. Start from the email address you used to contact us; do not attach an identity document or a complete wallet history.

For an exchange or transfer problem

StableMatrix publishes information; it does not operate the external exchange, hold your assets or manage its customer accounts. Use the provider's verified contact channel from your existing order or its official website.

Do not send funds to someone claiming to be StableMatrix support. A correction or privacy request does not require a seed phrase, private key or payment.
