The short answer
Use the issuer-listed mint to identify USDC; follow the recipient's Solana deposit instructions to identify where it should go.

Mint identity and destination identity do different jobs
The mint identifies the token. A token account holds units of that token. The recipient's deposit address and account instructions tell you where a supported deposit belongs.
Solana's token documentation explains this account model. Circle's list supplies the USDC mint identity. Neither tells you that an arbitrary receiving service will credit a deposit.
Follow the receiving platform's exact instructions
Select USDC on Solana in the recipient's interface. Check any amount threshold and additional account instructions shown there. Do not invent a memo requirement or omit one the recipient actually specifies.
A wallet's token name is not sufficient evidence. Verify the mint, especially when importing a token or following a link from an unfamiliar source.
A fast chain does not promise instant service credit
Transaction execution is only one stage. A platform can apply confirmation thresholds, internal processing or checks after it observes the chain transaction. Compare a provider's end-to-end commitment, not just a chain-level timing headline.
Circle's restrictions and third-party platform risks remain relevant to native USDC on Solana. The network does not create an exemption.
What does an SPL USDC mixer need to specify?
It needs to identify the USDC mint, the receiving-account instructions and the token delivered at the end. SPL is not a provider rating. The mint above identifies USDC; it is not your deposit address or a place to send funds.
A transaction's fee payer needs SOL under Solana's fee model. A service can pay on a customer's behalf or charge differently, but that must be in its terms. Do not assume a USDC balance alone establishes who pays the network fee.
Priority fees concern transaction scheduling; they do not guarantee that an intermediary completes its processing sooner. A fast-chain headline therefore cannot prove an instant USDC mixer payout. Registration, screening and record retention remain separate service conditions.

Check the mint, token account and network fee
Match USDC with Circle's Solana mint listing, then follow the recipient's token-account instructions. The mint identifies the asset; it is not a deposit address or proof that a provider accepts it.
Solana network fees are paid in SOL. A priority fee may affect scheduling, but it does not guarantee completion of service processing or instant credit to the recipient's balance.
